Service Description
ACC Corporate’s compact valve removal (VR) plug lubricator is the shortest available.
Where space constraints such as cellar walls, adjacent wells and platform structures make the use of other VR lubricators impossible, ACC can supply the manpower and equipment to safely change the valve without need for excavation or local equipment/structural modification.
The VR tool is made from Titanium, and only weighs a total of 27 kg, with separable parts of 13 kg and 14 kg making this a single technician install. We carry a range of VR plugs and adaptors, VR preparation thread cleaning tools and pressure testing equipment to accompany the VR tool.
